Our guides explain rules that authorities have published. They are not legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and they do not tell any particular business what it must do. Accuracy and dates
We check regulatory facts against primary sources and show the date we last verified each page. Rules and official lists change, sometimes without notice, so a page can become out of date between checks. Where a page and an official source differ, the official source prevails.
